Talon's snow day

I think I will have a few of these from our snow day, I have so many kids to cover! If any of you know any thing I should fix let me know, still very basic but I'm trying.

Another scrappy page. I am still really new at this so I am not up on my elements and I don't have much to work with . I think so far my pages aren't really creative but simple and they get the idea across, I figure at least I am doing it!

Our first winter storm

Check out our first winter storm! Saturday afternoon, October 11th it started out not so bad, at Savannahs and Cheyenne’s 9 o’clock games we were glad to have bundled up for the games but it wasn’t freezing. At 11 Britton & Kennedy’s soccer games were cancelled. Garen got to play soccer in an indoor sports arena that was donated to their VIP league for bad weather. That was really fun! Hannah’s game (a double header) was the worst! It started at 2pm and the snow was coming down off and on. Poor Hannah. Talon and I were there for the second game but quit watching because it was too #*^@ cold! Talon and I headed out to wait with the other kids still in the car. Hannah had to finish her freezing games because they are only cancelled for lightening.

During the night I woke to feed Talon and looked outside. The snow was coming down! By this morning we have 5-6 inches and it is still snowing. We have Garen to thank for the photos. He went out to take photos in between snow showers. I know this snow won’t last long but I am a bit worried about what the kids will were as I haven’t changed out there summer clothes for more appropriate attire yet….

So I am trying to do this. I really think it is pretty fun but super time consuming. If Greg knew how long I spent doing it, it would justify his thinking that I am a lazy arse at home. I am nursing the baby most of the time, one handing typing and Photoshop, ain't I talented! (Mom, the ain’t is just for you Ü)
